Apple, Pear and Apricot
INGREDIENT | QUANTITY for 7 cubes | NUMBER/SIZE |
Apple | 250 grams | 2 medium |
Pear | 250 grams | 2 small |
Apricot | 250 grams | 3 large |
Apple Preparation:
- Peel and wash the apple, slice then remove the core
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Pear Preparation:
- Wash and peel pear, slice and remove the core.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Apricot Preparation:
- Wash and peel apricots, slice and remove seeds.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Tip: To make smoother purees add water from the saucepan or breast milk while blending
